I. That the form of the Guaranty of $200,000 of the Low Income Housing <br /> Fund loan to the San Leandro Shelter for Women and Children or assignee of the <br /> San leandro Shelter for Women and Children if approved by the City Manager, is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> 2.
