ten (10 %) percent per year as a consequence of delinquency or default in the payment of <br /> Services Special Taxes by the owner of any other Assessor's Parcel of CFD No. I. <br /> F. 13ACKUP SPECIAL TAX <br /> The Backup Special Tax applies to the Facilities Special Tax and the Services Special Tax. <br /> The purpose of the Backup Special Tax is to levy an additional tax on Undeveloped <br /> Property to provide funds to pay debt services on Outstanding Bonds and to pay annual <br /> administrative and maintenance charges to replace the loss of Maximum Annual Special <br /> Tax resulting from the development of less than 354 units. If the Backup Special Tax is <br /> required, an additional tax will be levied on the Undeveloped Property on a per acre basis <br /> for the amount of Backup Special Tax resulting from the calculation of the Backup Special <br /> Tax as provided herein. The following definitions apply to this Section F for Calculation of <br /> the Facilities Special Tax and Services Special Tax components of the Backup Special Tax. <br /> "Expected Special Tax Revenue" means, with respect to CFD No.1, the amount shown in <br /> the column so labeled in Table 3. <br /> "Required Special Tax Per Unit" means, the Expected Special Tax Revenue divided by <br /> the total number of dwelling units expected to be developed within CFD No.1, as <br /> determined from time to time by the CFD Administrator based on tentative maps, Final <br /> Residential Subdivision maps, the Development Projection, and any other relevant <br /> infomtation available to the CFD Administrator. <br /> "Share of Annual Costs" means, the maximum annual debt service on Outstanding Bonds <br /> and the Administrative Expenses and Services Costs multiplied by that percentage of the <br /> total Facilities Special Tax revenue and that percentage of the total Services Special Tax <br /> revenue respectively, as shown in Table 3 below. Any Land use Category's Share of <br /> Annual Costs shall be adjusted to reflect any prepayments within CFD No.1. <br /> 1.
