Calculation of Required Special Tax Per Unit <br /> At the time the first building permit application for an Assessors Parcel in CFD <br /> No.1 is submitted to the City, the CFD Administrator shall calculate the Required <br /> Special Tax Per Unit. <br /> 3. Backup Special Tax due to Loss of Units <br /> 'fat any time after the Required Special Tax Per Unit has been calculated initially <br /> for CFD No.1, the CFD Administrator determines that based on tentative maps, <br /> Final Residential Subdivision maps, the Development Projection, and any other <br /> available information there has been a reduction in the total expected number of <br /> dwelling units within CFD No.1, then a Backup Special Tax shall be levied on all of <br /> the Undeveloped Property for the next succeeding Fiscal Year to be paid in such <br /> next succeeding Fiscal Year in addition to the Maximum Annual Special Tax that <br /> would otherwise be due. No additional building perniits shall be issued by the City <br /> nor shall any maps be recorded in CFD No.1 until all of the Special Tax on <br /> Undeveloped property for that Fiscal Year has been paid in full. <br /> 4. Calculation of Backup Special Tax <br /> The Backup Special Tax will be calculated and required only as a result of a Toss of <br /> units. The calculation of the Backup Special Tax shall include (i) the amount used <br /> in Paragraph No. 1 of the prepayment formula described in Section 1.1, (ii) the <br /> equal number of lost units, times the required Special Tax Per Unit.
