Irmer, and T. Lawrence Jett, a married man as his sole and <br /> separate property (hereinafter the "Developer "). <br /> 3 Section 4.10 of said DDA provides that upon completion of the Developer <br /> Improvements, the Agency will issue a Certificate of Completion certifying that the <br /> construction of the Developer Improvements has been completed. Such Certificate of <br /> Completion shall be in such form as to enable it to be recorded in the official records of <br /> Alameda County. <br /> 4 The Developer has notified the Agency and the Agency hereby <br /> acknowledges that the Developer has completed the following components of the <br /> Developer Improvements: (a) a portion'of the Minimum Office Improvements consisting <br /> of one approximately 100,000 square foot office building (commonly referred to as <br /> Building "A ") on Parcel B of Parcel Map 7758 (which constitutes satisfactory completion <br /> — of•all Developer Improvements on Parcel B); (b) a portion of the Minimum Office <br /> Improvements consisting of one approximately 50,000 square foot office building <br /> (commonly referred to as Building "C ") on Parcel C of Parcel Map 7758 (which <br /> constitutes satisfactory completion of all Developer Improvements on Parcel C); <br /> (c) a parking garage and landscaping improvements on Parcel D of Parcel Map 7758; <br /> (d) all of the Adjacent City Property Improvements; and (e) all of the Condominium <br /> Benefiting Improvements. <br /> PKNSV25.19S.1 <br />
