• <br /> , 5 Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 410, nothing therein <br /> prohibits the issuance of a Certificate of Completion for portions of the project that are <br /> completed prior to the completion of the Developer Improvements in their entirety. <br /> Furthermore, the Agency hereby acknowledges that the following components of the <br /> Developer Improvements remain incomplete as of the date of this Certificate of <br /> Completion: a portion of the Minimum Office Improvements consisting of one <br /> approximately 50,000 square foot office building (commonly referred to as Building "B ") <br /> on Parcel A of Parcel Map 7758. <br /> 6 The Right of Reentry as provided in Section 7 of the Agency Deed is <br /> hereby terminated with respect to Parcels B, C and D of Parcel Map 7758.
