We estimate the time necessary to complete the work identified above as 12 to 14 weeks. Upon <br /> your request, Sinclair Associates will provide Construction Observation services under a <br /> separate agreement as described below. It shall be noted that the services outlined are intended <br /> as a review for general consistency of the construction with the documents prepared by Sinclair <br /> Associates. Should the City require a more extensive scope of review than the work described <br /> herein or should each design consultant be required to perform field review (engineering or <br /> landscape review), that work will constitute Additional Services. <br /> Regardless of the extent of construction observation provided, our review is not intended as a <br /> guarantee or warrantee of the construction. <br /> As the architect, we shall not have control over or charge of and shall not be responsible for <br /> construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and <br /> programs in connection with the work, since these are solely the Contractor's responsibility <br /> under the contract for construction. The Architect shall not be responsible for the Contractor's <br /> schedules or failure to carry out the work in accordance with the contract documents. The <br /> Architect shall not have control or charge of acts or omissions of the Contractor, Subcontractors, <br /> or their agents or employees, or of any other persons performing portions of the work. <br /> Note that the estimate is per shopping center: <br /> 2.0 PHASE 2 <br /> 2.1 CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION SERVICES (architectural only) <br /> 2.1.1 Scope <br /> A.
