Conduct five audits for San Leandro based on types of complaints received <br /> during the prior fiscal year. <br /> 2. Conduct five phone audits on familial status to determine the level of <br /> discrimination against families with children. Properties will be chosen <br /> randomly. <br /> Type of Assistance: Expand Outreach and Education <br /> 1. With City assistance, contact all owners of apartment complexes to offer them <br /> fair housing training. <br /> 2. Provide quarterly outreach to childcare /daycare centers through flier distribution. <br /> 3. Contact community groups that provide services for minority communities for <br /> presentations on fair housing issues. <br /> 4. Library Clinics at San Leandro Library. <br /> 5. Fair housing presentations to shelters and civic organizations. <br /> 6. Offer fair housing training to staff and clients of San Leandro social services <br /> agencies. <br /> B.
