A majority of the Plan Area Is located within the Jurisdiction of the <br /> Type and Location of Protect San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC). <br /> • Waterfront Development The Strategic Plan proposes to revitalize the Bay Point waterfront area through <br /> • Pittsburg, California redevelopment that would create a new reconfigured full -scale marina, parking areas for <br /> trailers, dry storage for boats, a new boat launch location, and other support uses <br /> Key Team Members consisting of a fuel dock, centrally located harbor master building, restroom, laundry, and <br /> • Tania Sheyner • Tom Roberts showers, chandlery store with bait and tackle, administrative offices, cafe/snack bar, and <br /> yacht club.
