USFWS, and CCC. <br /> Preparation of biological assessment for San Francisco garter snake and California <br /> red - legged frog. BA required analysis of application Title 22 recycled water <br /> within special status species habitat. Preparation of Coastal Development Permit <br /> including analysis of growth impacts and recycled water use. <br />
