Coordinated regulatory permitting and prepared the permit <br /> application for the Corps, RWQCB, CDFG, and the City of Oakland Creek <br /> Protection Permit including development of permitting strategy. Conducted an <br /> assessment of potential jurisdictional waters, identified potential project impacts <br /> and developed mitigation measures. Coordinating the regulatory interagency <br /> meeting with state and federal regulators. Coordinated City of Oakland Creek <br /> Protection Permit with client and City of Oakland. Worked closely with project <br /> architects and engineers to revise site plans to accommodate regulatory <br /> requirements and City ordinance. <br /> Pacifica Recycled Water Project, City of Pacifica, San Mateo County, CA. <br /> Project Manager. The North Coast County Water District (NCCWD) proposes to <br /> install a new recycled water pipeline and associated facilities to provide recycled <br /> water in the City of Pacifica. Managed the preparation of pernit applications and <br /> associated documents to the Corps, RWQCB, CDFG. USFWS, and CCC. <br /> Preparation of biological assessment for San Francisco garter snake and California <br /> red - legged frog. BA required analysis of application Title 22 recycled water <br /> within special status species habitat. Preparation of Coastal Development Permit <br /> including analysis of growth impacts and recycled water use. <br />
