She has managed a variety of permitting projects and provides <br /> expertise in the complexity of permitting requirements and application processes for large -scale projects, <br /> including Section 404 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) permits, California Department of Fish and <br /> Game (CDFG) Lake and Strcambed Alteration Agreements, Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, San <br /> Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) Major, Minor and Abbreviated Permits <br /> and California Coastal Commission Coastal Development Permits. Ms. Miles is an experienced liaison with <br /> regulatory agencies, including the Corps, CDFG, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Oceanic <br /> Atmospheric Association (NOAA) Fisheries, State Land Commission (SLC), and BCDC. She has also <br /> facilitated agency coordination under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). Lee's <br /> technical experience includes preparing biological assessments for consultation with USFWS and NOAA <br /> Fisheries under Section 7 of the federal Endangered Species Act. She has conducted jurisdictional wetland <br /> delineations for a variety of wetland environments throughout the Bay Area.
