rESA LEE MILES BRADFORD Managing Associate /Regulatory and Permitting Compliance Manager Lee serves in both managerial and technical roles, bringing over 10 ycars of experience specializing in regulatory permitting and compliance. She has managed a variety of permitting projects and provides expertise in the complexity of permitting requirements and application processes for large -scale projects, including Section 404 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) permits, California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) Lake and Strcambed Alteration Agreements, Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) Major, Minor and Abbreviated Permits and California Coastal Commission Coastal Development Permits. Ms. Miles is an experienced liaison with regulatory agencies, including the Corps, CDFG, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Oceanic Atmospheric Association (NOAA) Fisheries, State Land Commission (SLC), and BCDC. She has also facilitated agency coordination under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). Lee's technical experience includes preparing biological assessments for consultation with USFWS and NOAA Fisheries under Section 7 of the federal Endangered Species Act. She has conducted jurisdictional wetland delineations for a variety of wetland environments throughout the Bay Area.
