1. LEAD TIME <br /> Lead time for equipment manufacture and delivery is expected to take a maximum of sixty (60) <br /> calendar days. <br /> 2. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS <br /> The contractor is required to be a manufacturer's authorized distributor for Johnson Controls as <br /> required above. The contractor shall provide and attach documentation to the bid verifying <br /> their status as a manufacturer's authorized distributor for approved equal products. <br /> Any contractor that fails to provide the required proof of qualifications shall have their bid <br /> declared "Non- Responsive" and their bid shall not be considered for this procurement.
