Low Voltage in Mechanical Rooms to be in conduit below 8 feet. <br /> 3. All exposed wire must be plenum rated. <br /> 4. All wiring and installation to be per City requirements. <br /> 3.2 Commissioning <br /> 1. All BMS and Lighting (where applicable) equipment installed by Contractor shall be <br /> commissioned, including functional testing of equipment operation and control <br /> systems, control hardware and software, sequence of operations, and integration of <br /> factory controls with BMS and the lighting control system's interface with day - <br /> lighting. <br /> 2. Contractor shall provide documentation of tests, procedures and installations. <br /> 3. During warranty phase (1- year), Contractor shall: <br /> a.
