The approval of the transfer and refinance of Eden Lodge will not require the use of any <br />City local and/or federal funds. <br />Budget Authority <br />Not Applicable. <br />Attachments <br />None. <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff recommends that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro adopt the resolution <br />1) approving the Amended and Restated Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive <br />Covenants to assist with the transfer and refinance of the Eden Lodge Apartments located at 400 <br />Springlake Drive; and 2) authorizing the Executive Director to execute and deliver such other <br />instruments and to take such other actions as necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution. <br />
