CONII'LIANCE WITH A PPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through C, dated May 10, 2010, except <br /> as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro, <br /> Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br /> California, 94577). <br /> Exhibit A — Green Waste Site Layout <br /> Exhibit 13 — Green \Vaste Floor Plan <br /> Exhibit C — Green Waste Elevations <br /> • <br /> B. The applicant and /or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br /> successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br /> informed of its terns and conditions. <br /> C. The Conditions of Approval as set forth in this document shall remain in full <br /> effect except as hereinafter modified. <br /> D. Construction of the project shall remain in substantial compliance with the <br /> approved exhibits and plans. <br /> E. Construction shall commence within one (1) year following approval of the <br /> revised Site Plan Review, and shall be substantially completed one year after <br /> commencement of construction. For the purpose of compliance with this <br /> condition, commencement of construction shall be defined as the pouring or <br /> construction of a substantial portion of the building foundation structure. Pursuant <br /> to Zoning Code Section 5-221S, this approval shall lapse on May 26, 2011 unless <br /> a) a building permit has been issued, coupled with diligent progress evidencing <br /> good faith intent to commence the intended use, or b) a written request for a one- • <br /> year extension of the use permit is approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> II. PER1\IITTED USE <br /> A. This Site Plan approval permits an approximately 34,000 square -foot <br /> prefabricated metal building for enclosure of existing green waste operations at <br /> 2615 Davis Street; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 79A- 475 -7 -32. <br /> 13. Any lighting shall be high pressure sodium or other energy conserving lighting <br /> and shall be designed and located so as not to interfere with traffic on adjacent <br /> streets-and sous not to shine on adjacent properties, details subject to the approval <br /> of the City Engineer and Zoning Enforcement Official or Community <br /> Development Director. <br /> Agreement to Conditions May 26, 2010 <br /> PLN2010 -00019 Page 3 of 6 <br />
