g. advise and make recommendations to the City Council on all matters <br /> relating to the community's senior citizens, including delivery of city <br /> services; funding for senior services, facilities, and programs except <br /> funding provided through the Community Assistance Grant funding <br /> process; and availability of various funding opportunities for senior <br /> citizen- related programs and services that may be available to the City; <br /> h. consider and act upon as necessary all matters relating to the social needs <br /> of senior citizens, and all other matters relating to senior • citizens <br /> heretofore referred to or considered by the Human Services Commission; <br /> i. consider and act upon as necessary all matters relating to recreation and <br /> cultural programs targeted to senior citizens, policies for the management <br /> and improvement of any public facility dedicated for th-e_use of senior <br /> citizens, and all other matters relating to senior citizens heretofore referred <br /> to or considered by the Recreation and Parks Commission. <br /> MEMBERSHIP <br /> Nine (9) Member Commission (one member from each Council District; - one -member <br /> frem -S' zU -D= ane- rRember- from SLUSD; and one -three at -large members). <br /> Four (4) year terms <br /> MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> Meets 3 third Thursday of each month, 10:00 a.m., City Hall.
