Resolution Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute All Documents in <br />Order to Fund Half of the Costs Associated with Crossing Guard Services for the San <br />Leandro Unified School District [ SLUSD] and San Lorenzo Unified School District <br />[SLzUSD] from August 25, 2010 to June 30, 2011 (approves an agreement with All <br />City Management Services, Inc. to provide crossing guard services at 8 SLUSD and 3 <br />SLzUSD locations during the 2010 -11 school year and appropriation of $31,000 from <br />the fiind balance of the General Fund). <br />E. Resolution in Support of Proposition 22, the Local Taxpayer, Public Safety and <br />Transportation Protection Act of 2010 (supports the November 2010 statewide ballot to <br />close loopholes and change the State Constitution to prevent the State from seizing, <br />diverting, shifting, barrowing, transferring, suspending or otherwise taking or interfering <br />with tax revenues dedicated to funding local government services). <br />F. Resolution Adopting Citywide Integrated Pest Management Policy (provides an <br />ongoing specific program to further reduce the amount and toxicity of pesticides used <br />on City property and, where feasible, to eliminate pesticide use in public areas using <br />alternative methods). <br />G. Resolution Approving the Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of San <br />Leandro and the San Leandro Police Officers' Association [SLPOA] (provides for a <br />two -year contract for the period from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012). <br />H. Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the East 14 <br />Street Striping and Pedestrian Improvements (West Broadmoor Boulevard To Hays <br />Street) Project, Project No. 09- 120 -38 -244 and the Appropriation of Development Fee <br />for Street Improvement [DFSI] Funds in the Amount of $70,000 to Complete the <br />Project (provides for a new roadway striping plan along East 14 Street between Hays <br />Street and West Broadmoor Boulevard). <br />L Matter of Authorizing the City Manager to File an Application for Federal Surface <br />Transportation Program [STP] and /or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality <br />Improvement [CMAQ] Funding Under the Metropolitan Transportation Commission <br />[MTC] Block Grant Program for the Marina Boulevard Street Rehabilitation Project, <br />Appropriating Grant Funds, and Assuring the Completion of the Project. <br />• Resolution of Local Support Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Federal <br />Surface Transportation Program [STP] and /or Congestion Mitigation and Air <br />Quality Improvement [CMAQ] Funding and Committing the Necessary Non - <br />Federal Match and Stating the Assurance to Complete the Marina Boulevard <br />Street Rehabilitation Project (authorizes application for $807,000 in Local Streets <br />and Roads grant funding with a City match of $104,555.40 to provide for the <br />rehabilitation of Marina Boulevard from San Leandro Boulevard to Washington <br />Avenue and from Alvarado Street to Teagarden Street). <br />
