Resolution Canceling Award of Contract to Andes Constriction, Inc., and Awarding <br />Contract to the Second Lowest Bidder, D'Arcy & Harty Constriction, Inc. for the 2009 <br />Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Replacement Project, Project No. 09- 593 -52 -211 (recommends <br />award to the second low bidder in the amount of $986,740 for the subject project).
