IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT <br /> (ADA) RAMP PROJECT 09 -10, PROJECT NO. 09-165-43-216 <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City and Spencon Construction, Inc. dated September <br /> 21, 2009 by Resolution No. 2009 -132, Spencon Construction, Inc. has completed the Americans <br /> with Disabilities Act (ADA) Ramp Project 09 -10, Project No. 09- 165 -43 -216. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and to the <br /> satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, who therefore recommends that said <br /> work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> I. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 4.
