Best estimate of catchment area (required for high flow capacity devices, optional for <br /> small devices) <br /> vii. Major land uses in catchment, estimated percentages (high flow capacity devices); or <br /> dominant land use adjacent to catchbasin (small TCDs) <br /> b. Maintenance reporting for each maintenance event during the project term: <br /> i. Date of maintenance <br /> ii. Staffing, time, and equipment required to perform maintenance <br /> iii. Estimated percentage full at time of maintenance <br /> iv. Optional: <br /> I. Condition of catchbasin and device <br /> 2.
