Councilmember Souza asked if the East 14` Street Light <br /> Replacement project will be energy efficient. Austine stated that LED lights will be used. <br /> Councilmember Gregory stated that staff needs to look at expanding security measures to <br /> people walking and biking or phase that into the project at a later date with infrastructure <br /> able to accommodate it. <br />
