CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:14 p.m. <br /> A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> Councilmember Prola led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> B. Roll Call <br /> PRESENT: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br /> Mayor Santos <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> C. Announcements <br /> Mayor Santos apologized to the audience for the meeting's late start, indicating that the <br /> closed session had run longer than anticipated. <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br /> A. Matter of Nomination and Appointment of Board and Commission Members. <br /> • Resolution No. 2010 -142, Resolution Renominating and Reappointing Members <br /> to the Youth Advisory Commission (renominates and reappoints Michael Alonzo, <br /> Victor Chen, Stanley Cheng, Chloe Gregori, Isabella Mariano, Derrick Tsoi, Ivan <br /> Ung, and Henry Wijaya). <br /> M/S /C Souza and Starosciak. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> • Resolution No. 2010 -143, Resolution Nominating and Appointing Members to <br /> the Youth Advisory Commission (nominates and appoints Patrick Chuong, Tyler <br /> Deng, Onel Feliciano, Juan Gonzalez, Brian Huang, Julie Huang, Ignacio Madrid, <br /> Julian Parrish, Adam Alexander Ross, Shelby Senna, Felix To, Sarah Tran, and <br /> Hansley Wijaya). <br /> M /S /C Souza and Starosciak.
