The City Council approved the resolution commending Rene Ponder for his years of service on the Planning Commission. MJS /C Reed and Starosciak. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 Vice Mayor Reed presented Mr. Ponder with his resolution. and a 5 -year City Service award. C. Presentation of Commendation to Gil Johnson for His Service to the City as a Representative to the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, and His Service as a Member of the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. Mayor Santos presented Gil Johnson with his commendation. D. Presentation to Councilmember Joyce Starosciak of Her 5 -Year City Service Award. Councilmember Starosciak was presented with her 5 -year City Service award by Mayor Santos. 3.
