The printed agenda for each regular meeting shall include <br /> the following statement: <br /> "The City Council welcomes your participation at meetings. The Agenda provides <br /> several opportunities for public participation., - but the Council is -prohibited -by- State -law <br /> fiat- 4iseussing --ite ns- not-lktc o n- Fire- 7-tgcuda.
