14901 E. 14 St. Site Remediation <br /> CSA Ninyo & Moore 3 January 18, 2011 <br /> Applicable General Plan Policy <br /> Policy 18.02 — Capital Improvements: Identify capital improvements and other measures which <br /> improve the safety of bicyclists, pedestrians, and motor vehicles on San Leandro streets. <br /> Environmental Review <br /> This project is Categorically Exempt. <br /> Board /Commission Findings <br /> On August 28, 2008, the Planning Commission found that the acquisition(s) of the property(s) <br /> necessary for this project is in conformance with the General Plan. • <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> The total cost of the services included in the contractual services agreement is not to exceed <br /> $81,600. <br /> Budget Authority <br /> As part of the Purchase and Sale Agreement (executed in December 2009) between the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City and the Seller of the 14901 East 14 Street property, a <br /> Cleanup Revolving Fund in the amount of $473,750 was set aside for the cleanup of the site. <br /> The City is eligible to draw from this Fund for costs related to remediation. <br /> The remediation component of the project is fully funded by existing appropriation in Account <br /> No. 962 -39 -001. <br /> . 1,x,,1 <br /> Tracy Vesely.
