Work described for Subtask 1.1: Project Coordination and Subtask 1.5: Remediation Oversight is <br /> based on results from soil and groundwater sampling and analysis conducted by the Consultant in <br /> areas where site history use indicated the potential for impacts to the site b'y contaminants to exist. <br /> The scope of work may be revised during remediation activities due to undetected or unknown <br /> subsurface conditions. Additional cost may occur. <br /> 2. Remediation activities are anticipated to require a maximum of ten working days. Costs associated <br /> with Subtask 1.5: Remediation Oversight extend beyond ten working days for reasons not within <br /> the control of the Consultant, additional budget may be required to complete the task. <br /> 3. Costs associated with obtaining necessary permits other than work described in Task 2 — <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan, Heath & Safety Plan, Permitting shall not be <br /> included in this contract. <br /> 4. Project deliverables will be submitted in accordance with the ACDEH Technical Report Request <br /> guidelines listed in the Extension Request Approval: Fuel Leak Case No. P02925 Global <br /> ID#T0600102165, Quality Tune Up, 14901 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA, dated June 24, <br /> 2010. <br /> 5. Proposal scope and costs do not include tasks associated with filing for reimbursement under the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Fund. <br /> 6. Remediation will be performed by the City's Contractor under separate contract. <br /> 7.
