O. BOX 1220, DANVILLE, CA 94526, PHONE: (925) 984 -2581, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit ADA • RAMP` PROJECT '2009-2010, - 'PROJECT NO. 09- 165 -43 -260. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: CONTRACTORS BONDING AND INSURANCE COMPANY, 1250 BAYHILL DRIVE, SUITE 370, SAN BRUNO, CA 945066, PHONE: (650) 583 -8100. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ADA RAMP PROJECT 2009 -2010, PROJECT NO. 09- 165-43 -260, project is that of improvements made to public sidewalks within public right of way as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 20 day of DECEMBER 2010.
