Councilmember Starosciak asked if there was a final decision on the <br /> LEED level for certification for the Estudillo / Callan Garage. Austine explained that the <br /> decision is made at the completion of the project. Councilmember Cutter asked if <br /> accommodations are being made for the mortuary due to the noise that could interrupt <br /> services. Austine explained that it hasn't been a problem. Meetings were held before the <br /> start of construction with the mortuary and other businesses. Steve Hollister stated the <br /> additional costs incurred by the mortuary for relocation of services are being reimbursed, <br /> and were mutually agreed upon before construction began. <br /> Councilmember Starosciak stated that it would be nice to have the Dog Park completed <br /> before the Paw -A -Thon that takes place in June. Uche Udemezue stated that staff will <br />
