• Furnish and install condensate pipe from the ductless split systems only. All other <br /> condensate lines to be installed by City staff. Contractor shall coordinate with City staff on <br /> this work. <br /> • As an alternative bid item, furnish and install gas piping and electrical conduit and wiring. <br /> INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT <br /> • Provide as built drawings to show the installation of the units and the zones. <br /> • Start up and test operation of units. <br /> • Provide all IOM manuals. Standard manufacturer's parts and labor warranties shall apply (1- <br /> year minimum is required). <br /> • All work to be done during normal business hours, Monday- Friday 7 AM to 5 PM. <br /> • Work to begin in March /April 2011, dependent upon weather conditions. <br /> • HVAC work to be completed within ten (10) working days of start of job. <br /> • Disassemble and remove materials, tools and supplies and general clean up. <br /> • ENVIRONMENTALLY PREFERRABLE PURCHASING (EPP) POLICY: All work done as part of the <br /> contract shall adhere to the applicable sections of the City's EPP policy. Specifically, the <br /> following sections shall apply: <br /> 3.3 Energy and Water Savings <br /> 3.3.1 Where applicable, energy - efficient equipment shall be purchased with the most <br /> up -to -date energy efficiency functions. This includes, but is not limited to, high <br /> efficiency space heating systems and high efficiency space cooling equipment. <br /> 3.3.2 NA <br /> 3.3.3 All products purchased by the City of San Leandro and for which the U. S. EPA <br /> Energy Star certification is available shall meet Energy Star certification, when <br /> practicable. When Energy Star labels are not available, choose energy- efficient <br /> products that are in the upper 25% of energy efficiency as designated by the <br /> Federal Energy Management Program. <br /> • CONTRACTOR LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Bidder shall possess and maintain a valid California <br /> contractor's license — Class A, B, and /or C -20. <br /> Non - Professional Services Agreement between February 7, 2011 <br /> City of San Leandro and Kinetics Mechanical Service, Inc.
