IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-014 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE ANNUAL STREET SEALING 2009 -10, <br /> PROJECT NO. 09-144-38-307 <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City and International Surfacing Systems, dated July <br /> 20, 2010, Annual Street Sealing 2009 -10, Project No. 09- 144 -38 -307, has been completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 4. That upon completion of the one -year Maintenance Period established pursuant <br /> to said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br /> given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 7th day of February, <br /> 2011, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: V VIG, A AA 5it k- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
