CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:06 a.m. <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />Mayor Cassidy led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br />Mayor Cassidy <br />ABSENT: None <br />C. Announcements <br />None. <br />2. RETREAT TOPICS <br />■ Welcome and Opening Comments <br />City Manager Steve Hollister welcomed the Council to the retreat and provided an overview <br />of the agenda. He stated that the Council would be reviewing the next fiscal year budget <br />assumptions and developing goals for FY 2011 -12. He mentioned that the Department Head <br />members were going to provide an overview of strategic priorities being developed for the <br />organization. He introduced Roberta Streimer, who would be serving as the facilitator for the <br />retreat. <br />■ Team Building Discussion <br />Ms. Streimer introduced herself and her background in facilitation. She then asked the <br />Council to respond to two questions — what are their aspirations for the next year and how <br />
