510- 667 -6208 or rntichel@sanleandro.k I2.ca.us <br /> Selection Process: A Measure M Design Teams Steering Committee comprised of Cindy Cathey, Song Chin - <br /> Bendib and Mike Murphy will review applications and make selection. <br /> Announcement: Design Teams Committee Members will be announced at the March 8, 2011, Special Board <br /> Meeting at the SLUSD Offices, 14735 Juniper Street, San Leandro, at 7 p.m. <br /> Time Commitment: It is anticipated that the Design Teams will begin work mid -March and complete it within <br /> two to three months (estimated to be no later than June 30). The Teams will meet two to three times a month <br /> (up to 9 meetings). The Teams may have sub - committees. Meeting times will be decided by the committee at <br /> their first meeting (a brief meeting after the announcement on March 8, 2011 to look at calendars.) <br /> Technical Support Team: The Technical Support Team (TST), which is comprised of project architects, <br /> engineers, and construction managers, will take requests for information from the various design team members <br /> to be shared at future meetings. All requests to the Technical Support Team from Conceptual Design Team <br /> members should be forwarded to Michael Murphy, Director of Bond and Measure B Projects <br /> (mbmurmhy(2Jsanleandro.k 12.ca.us; 510- 667 - 6220). <br />
