The proposed project entails replacement and rehabilitation of the existing sewer <br /> pipes and associated pipe bridges in order to prevent leaks during seismic and flood events. No <br /> homes, businesses, new roads or infrastructure would be constructed as part of the proposed <br /> project. Therefore, the proposed project would not induce population growth either directly or <br /> indirectly. <br /> b) Displace substantial numbers of existing housing, necessitating the construction of replacement <br /> housing elsewhere? <br /> No Impact.
