• IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTING TI -IE 2013 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION <br /> PLAN AND 2012 COUNTYWIDE TRANSPORTATION PLAN PROJECT LIST <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) has issued an open call <br /> for projects for consideration in the 2013 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), and <br /> WI- IEREAS, the Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC) is the congestion <br /> management agency for Alameda County and has been requested by the MTC to coordinate project <br /> submittals for the county, and <br /> WHEREAS, the ACTC has issued a call for projects for the update of the 2012 Countywide <br /> Transportation Ilan (CWTP), and <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO is authorized to submit projects for the 2013 <br /> RTP and the 2012 C W - TP. <br /> NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES that, the <br /> City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to submit the following projects or projects of <br /> similar form and as modified by the City Council for the 2013 RTP and 2012 CWTP: East 14 <br /> Streetscape Improvements, Eden Road improvements, MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape <br /> Improvements, I -880 /Davis Street Interchange, 1- 880 /Marina Boulevard Interchange, Downtown <br /> San Leandro TOD Improvements, East 14` Street- l-lesperian Boulevard -150' Avenue Intersection <br /> Improvements, East Bay Greenway /UPRR Rail to Trail, Marina Boulevard Widening, Marina <br /> Boulevard Streetscape Improvements, Doolittle Drive Streetscape Improvements, Lake Chabot <br /> Road Stabilization, Washington Avenue/Lewelling Boulevard Intersection Safety Improvements <br /> and Traffic Signal System Improvements — Adaptive Traffic Control. <br /> • Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this 4 day of <br /> April 2011, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian I-landa, City Clerk <br /> G9 Council Items In ProcessAPR 0412013 RTP & 2012 CWrP Submitla1\2013 RTP & 2012 CWTP RES.Doc <br />
