CALIFORNIA <br /> b) Conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or regulation of an agency with jurisdiction <br /> over the project (including, but not limited to the general plan, specific plan, local coastal <br /> program, or zoning ordinance) adopted for the purpose of avoiding or mitigating an <br /> environmental effect? <br /> Less Than Significant Impact. The plans. policies and regulations applicable to the proposed <br /> project include the San Leandro General Plan (San Leandro 2002). the San Leandro Zoning <br /> Ordinance and the San Leandro Municipal Code (City of San Leandro 2009). The existing pipe <br /> bridges on the project site are an allowable use according to the land use and zoning designations <br /> of the project site. The proposed project, as mitigated in this Initial Study, is consistent with all <br /> the relevant regulations and policies contained in these documents. The relevant goals, policies <br /> and actions of the San Leandro General Plan are listed in Appendix B. <br /> c) Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or natural community conservation plan? <br /> No Impact.
