That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: WESTERN SURETY COMPANY, 2210 PLAZA DRIVE, #150, ROCKLIN, CA 95765, PHONE: (877) 589 -6952. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL STREET- SEALING 2009 -10, PROJECT NO. 09- 144 -38 -307, project is that of public improvements made to public right -of -way designated as various streets in the City of San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 7 day of 2011.
