Ordinance No. 2011 -005 an Ordinance Repealing Section 3- 17- 125(c) of the San Leandro Municipal Code, and Adopting a Revised Section 3- 17- 125(c) Relating to Community Right to Know —Trade Secrets (reduces the number of days from 45 to 30 within which information identified by the handler of hazardous materials as trade secrets must be released to the public by the City after notice to the handler, in compliance with state law). PASS TO PRINT: An Ordinance Amending Sections of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Administrative Appeals Hearings (amends sections in various chapters to streamline and clarify the administrative hearing process). Resolution No. 2011 -062 Resolution Approving Billing Residents for Sewer Service the Incremental Monthly Increase of $1.31 for Single Family Homes and $0.94 for Multiple Family Dwellings for Fiscal Year 2010 -11 on the Alameda County Property Tax Statement for Fiscal Year 2011 -12 (recovers the fiscal year 2010 -11 incremental increase during the fiscal year 2011 -12 billing cycle). G. Resolution No. 2011 -063 Resolution Amending Resident Green Frees for the Monarch Bay Golf Club (Marina Golf Course Only) (increases the weekday 9 -hole fee and the monthly pass green fee by $1 at the Marina Course, effective April 1, 2011). H. Resolution No. 2011 -064 Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the Dog Walking Park, Project No. 10- 122 -38 -314 (provides for a new fenced area for off -leash dog walking). L Resolution No. 2011 -065 Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the San Leandro Boulevard (SLB) /Davis Street Sewer Capacity Improvements – Phase 1 Project, Project No. 10- 593 -52 -247 (provides for a new 18- inch sanitary sewer line on San Leandro Boulevard between West Juana Avenue and West Estudillo Avenue). 9.
