Ordinance No. 2011 -002, an Ordinance of the City of San Leandro Repealing <br /> Section 6- 1- 430(a)(3) of the San Leandro Municipal Code, and Adopting a New <br /> Section 6- 1- 430(a)(3) Permitting the Parking of Recreational Vehicles on <br /> Residential Streets upon Request for Exemption (permits the parking of <br /> recreational vehicles on residential streets 24 times per year). ADOPT: Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with <br /> Redfiex Traffic Systems for the Renewal of the Red Light Photo Enforcement Program <br /> (provides for renewal of contract through December 31, 2018 for 5 approaches). Cost: <br /> $5,200 monthly leasing fee per approach. Continued to April 4, 2011 City Council <br /> meeting. <br /> C. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br /> City Attorney Jayne Williams reported on a previous action taken by the City Council in <br /> closed session on March 7, 2011. At the March 7 meeting, the Council authorized the <br /> City Attorney to file a validation action in connection with the Cooperative Agreement <br /> between the City and Redevelopment Agency approved on January 17, 2011. In <br /> accordance with the City Council's direction, the City Attorney has filed a validation <br /> action, which provides protection for the RDA funding for the public improvements that <br /> were authorized in the Cooperative Agreement. <br /> 11. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> City Councilmembers announce calendar of upcoming events and coordinate attendance. <br /> Vice Mayor Reed announced she will attend the March 24 Diabetic Health Fair at Carlton <br /> Plaza, and the April 2 " Senior Community Center grand opening. <br /> Councilmember Prola announced he will be attending the March 23` Police Department <br /> Recognition Ceremony; the March 26' Washington Manor Junior League Parade; and the <br /> April 15 Northern California MegaRegion Summit, "Competing Globally, Succeeding <br /> Locally," at the Oakland Marriott. <br /> Councilmember Starosciak announced the March 24 League of California Cities' East Bay <br /> Division meeting in Pleasant Hill, which she and Councilmember Souza will be attending; <br /> and the April 1 Girls, Inc. "Strong, Smart and Bold" luncheon at Scott's in Jack London <br /> Square, which she may not be able to attend. <br /> Councilmember Souza announced the March 26 Washington Manor Junior League Parade <br /> and the Floresta Junior League Parade, and stated that she hopes to attend both; and the April <br />
