MINUTES Page 14 <br /> City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting — April 4, 2011 <br /> Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, PH Holdings will convey real property located at <br /> 2420 -2424 Merced Street to Kaiser, and the City and Agency will amend an Owner <br /> Participation Agreement [OPA] for the subject project, and release and reconvey a deed <br /> of trust for the subject property. By the vote of 4 to 2, with Councilmembers Prola and <br /> Cutter dissenting, the City will also waive the real estate transfer tax applicable to the <br /> conveyance. <br /> The amendment of the OPA will shorten the term of the OPA and related Promissory <br /> Note, so that they both terminate on the execution date of the Settlement Agreement. <br /> This report covered the terms of the Settlement Agreement which the City <br /> Manager/Executive Director will execute accordingly. <br /> 11. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> City Councilmembers announce calendar of upcoming events and coordinate attendance. <br /> Councilmember Starosciak announced the upcoming Annual Bocce Ball fundraiser for <br /> CITIPAC, put on by the East Bay Division of the League of California Cities, on April 21 <br /> Councilmember Cutter announced that tomorrow is "Eat Out for Education Night." <br /> Councilmember Prola announced Noise 101 by the Noise Forum at the Jack London Aquatic <br /> Center on April 20 and wine, jazz, raffle and silent auction event to benefit Building Futures <br /> for Women and Children hosted by the Vine Wine and Tapas Bar on May 12 <br /> Councilmember Gregory announced that the "Bike San Leandro" has been moved to May 15 <br /> due to Mother's Day on May 8 <br /> Councilmember Souza announced that the Legislative Action Days is from May 18 to May <br /> 20 in Sacramento. <br /> 12.
