There was consensus of <br /> the City Council to do so. <br /> C. Update on Dowling Dutton Beverly Sewer Relocation. <br /> City Manager Hollister reported on the current situation at the Dowling Triangle. He <br /> commented that he, along with Mayor Cassidy and Councilmember Cutter, met with the <br /> residents of the Dowling Triangle and surrounding areas, and the Estudillo Estates <br /> representatives, on March 26 to discuss this matter. Mr. Hollister pointed out that the <br /> responsibility of the sewer laterals is not a new City policy. He referred to his <br /> memorandum to the City Council and requested Council direction to reconsider the <br /> proposal for the City to install the lower laterals to the private property line.
