IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -078 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. OH92 REV. <br /> 000 TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 00218S FOR <br /> THE SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROGRAM, BANCROFT AVENUE /136TH AVENUE <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT, STATE PROJECT NO. SR2SL- 5041(038) AND <br /> APPROPRIATION OF GRANT AND DEVELOPER FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> (DFSI) FUNDS <br /> Recitals <br /> Program Supplement No. OH92 Rev. 000 is to be incorporated into that Master <br /> Agreement for State Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State <br /> of California; and <br /> The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. <br /> OH92 Rev. 000; and <br /> The City Manager has recommended that a grant fund account of $421,250 be established <br /> and that a matching fund account of $46,850 be appropriated from the Developer Fees for Street <br /> Improvement (DFSI) fund for the completion of the project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said Program Supplement No. OH92 Rev. 000 is hereby approved and the City <br /> Manager or his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same <br /> on behalf of the City, and <br /> A grant fund account in the amount of $421,250 be established and that a matching fund <br /> account of $46,850 be appropriated from the DFSI fund for the completion of the project. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 18th day of April, 2011, <br /> by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: _ 14 CIAA- 14 — <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
