work order and/or revocation of any or all permits issued for such construction <br /> activity. <br /> B. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise, or safety hazards for adjacent <br /> properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto Marina Boulevard from the <br /> project site. <br /> C. Prior to approval of the Final Map, detailed plans for the building permit shall be <br /> submitted to the Chief Building Official for review and approval. Said plans shall <br /> include details and specifications on the required separation of utilities, i.e., <br /> electrical, plumbing, et cetera.. <br /> VI. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. The plans submitted for *building permits shall show the location, details and <br /> specifications of all the existing fencing along the perimeter property lines and all <br /> new fencing separating private outdoor areas, and any other proposed fencing on the <br /> property. Fencing along the interior side property lines and rear property line, not <br /> located within the front yard setback shall be permitted to be constructed to a <br /> maximum height of six feet pursuant to the RO Residential Outer District. <br /> Moreover, any fencing within the front yard setback shall not exceed three feet in <br /> height per the RO District requirements. <br /> B. All fencing shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all times. <br /> C. No barbed or ribbon wire shall be installed on the fences. <br /> VII. MAINTENANCE <br /> A. The site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br /> B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from all structures, building walls and <br /> property line walls and fences. <br /> C. All of the trash and recycle bins shall be kept inside the designated space inside the <br /> attached garages and kept out of public view, except when it is necessary to bring <br /> them to the curbside on days that the contents of the containers are picked up for <br /> disposal. This condition shall be included in the CC &Rs. <br /> D. All landscape improvements shall be maintained in a healthy growing condition at <br /> all times. Practices for maintaining the landscaping in a healthy growing condition • <br /> shall include but is not limited to periodical pruning and fertilizing. <br /> E.
