Except for signs approved by the ARB for the benefit <br /> of the Project. political campaign signs displayed within forty -five (45) calendar days <br /> prior to an election, or temporary signs approved in advance by the Board, no signs of <br /> any kind shall be displayed in public view on or about the exterior of any Unit, except <br /> signs not larger than is reasonable and customary in the area advertising such Unit for <br /> sale or lease. Display of a flag shall be subject to the Association's Rules and <br /> Regulations. The Association shall have the right to remove an item displayed in <br /> violation of this Section 4.4. <br />
