i. There shall be no unauthorized storage or parking of vehicles on the property including but not limited to buses and vans. ARTICLE 4 USE RESTRICTIONS In addition to all other covenants. restrictions and limitations contained herein, the use of the Project, each Unit therein, and the Common Areas is subject to the following restrictions: 4.1 Business Usage Prohibited. Except as expressly permitted herein, no Unit other than the Declarant Unit. shall be used fouothet th n Single Family residential purposes. Residential purposes could include family phiild day care, or other children's activity facility located within the Project. approved by the Association. and serving children of Condominium residents. Except for signs approved by the ARB for the benefit of the Project. political campaign signs displayed within forty -five (45) calendar days prior to an election, or temporary signs approved in advance by the Board, no signs of any kind shall be displayed in public view on or about the exterior of any Unit, except signs not larger than is reasonable and customary in the area advertising such Unit for sale or lease. Display of a flag shall be subject to the Association's Rules and Regulations. The Association shall have the right to remove an item displayed in violation of this Section 4.4.
