14.2 Leasing. <br /> a) An Owner other than Declarant may lease or rent a Condominium only on the <br /> following terms and conditions: <br /> (i) No Condominium shall be leased or rented except in accordance with <br /> this Section 14.2. <br /> ii) Owners may freely enter into any lease or rental agreement of a <br /> Condominium which does not have a term longer than twelve (12) months <br /> or which, when added to the term of any prior or rental agreement, <br /> would result in occupancy by tenants ofmore than thirteen (13) months <br /> within the preceding thirty -six (36) m onths without prior written consent <br /> of Declarant. The standards and procedures pursuant to which the ARB shall operate <br /> may be set forth by the Ground Lessor in Rules and Regulations issued pursuant to the <br /> Common Areas Lease. <br /> 16.2 Architectural Review Board. There shall be an Architectural Review <br /> Board ( "ARB ") consisting of three (3) members to carry out the functions set forth in this <br /> Declaration for that body..
