The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the 2660 <br /> EDEN ROAD GRADING AND DIRT DISPOSAL PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09- <br /> 593 -52 -216, project is that of public improvements made to public lands of the City of <br /> San Leandro designated as Assessor's Parcel Number 042 4530 004 00, commonly <br /> known as a portion of 2660 Eden Road, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br /> 3.
