IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -077 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK FOR THE 2660 EDEN ROAD GRADING AND DIRT <br /> DISPOSAL PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09- 593 -52 -216 <br /> Recitals <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City and Granite Rock Company, dated October 1, <br /> 2010, 2660 Eden Road Grading and Dirt Disposal Project, Project No. 09- 593 -52 -216, has been <br /> completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3.
