AT &T Communications Site Lease 2 May 16, 2011 <br /> Current City Council Policy <br /> Wireless communications sites are governed by Section 4 -1686 of the San Leandro Zoning <br /> Code. This section of the Zoning Code was added by the City Council through Ordinance No. <br /> 98 -009, adopted on September 21, 1998. <br /> Cit' Council Committee Review and Action <br /> The Facilities and Transportation Committee reviewed the proposed lease amendment at its <br /> meeting on May 10, 201 1. <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> Revenue of approximately $184,600 will be generated during the remainder of the initial 5 -year <br /> lease period.
