Toyon Park Restroom Replacement Sitework <br /> P &S, Call for Bids 3 May 16, 201 <br /> Environmental Review <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption has been filed with Alameda County <br /> for the project, pursuant to Section 15302. <br /> Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br /> A community workshop was held on July 22, 2010 to solicit input from the community on the <br /> KaBOOM! playground (Project 150 -62 -008). At that meeting, information on the proposed <br /> restroom and location was provided for public review and comment. <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> The engineer's estimate for this site work is $85,000. <br /> The cost of the purchase, delivery and placement on site of the pre- fabricated restroom is <br /> $167,393.00.
