No yard is <br /> required except as follows: <br /> (a) If part of the frontage in. the same block and on the <br /> same side of the street is in a district which requires <br /> a front yard, the front yard required for a building <br /> site in the I -2 District shall be the same as that <br /> required in such other district, unless the proposed use <br /> or building is more than one hundred (100) feet distant <br /> from the district boundary, measured along said <br /> frontage. <br /> (b) No building shall be ccnstructed less than ten (10) feet <br /> from the lot line of any building site in' a residential <br /> district.
