Every <br /> building site shall have an area of not less than 5,000 square <br /> feet and a width at the front lot line of not less than 50 feet; <br /> provided; however, that a lot fronting on a cul -de -sac may have a <br /> width at the front lot line of less than 5.0 feet when the lot <br /> width measured 20 feet from the front lot line measures 50 feet. <br /> (Ord. No. 81 -081, 12/1/81) <br /> Section 7 -3 -430: USES PERMITTED WIT° SITE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL - <br /> I-2-A DISTRICTS. <br /> The following uses are permitted subject to the approval of the <br /> Site Development Subcommission: <br /> (a) printing and publishing; <br /> (b) assembly, packaging, repairing'or secondary processing <br /> of goods; <br /> (c) storage, wholesale sales; <br /> (d) administrative or professional offices; <br /> (e) laboratory or clinic. <br /> The above listed uses shall only be allowed when contained <br /> entirely within a building and when found by the Subcommission not <br /> to be a detriment or nuisance to persons or uses in the <br /> vicinity.
