The provisions of this <br /> ' Chapter shall be subject to the following general regulations, special <br /> provisions and exceptions. <br /> Section 7- 3-501: PUBLIC SERVICES - EXCEPTIONS. This Chanter <br /> shall not 1 imi t or interfe '-e with temporary use of any property as a <br /> public voting place, or with the construction, installation or opera- <br /> tion by any public agency or private corporation of any street, of any <br /> utility pipe, condui t, or sewer, of any power, transmission, communica- <br /> tion or transportation line, or of incidental appurtenances to any of <br /> the above when located in a street or a utility easement. <br /> Section 7 -3 -502: USE PERMITS. The following regulations shall <br /> apply to every use for which a Use Permit was lawfully issued in accord- <br /> ance with the provisions of this Chapter which were in effect prior to <br /> June 22, 1961, where the use permit was made subject to any conditions <br /> 3s to the use or the character of the mo -c'. ', '. <br /> Section 7 -3- 502.1: if the use, as permi tted by the conditions of <br /> the Use Permit, is listed herein as permitted in the district under the <br /> same conditions, such use shall be lawful and aoproved as to zoning. <br /> Section 7- 3- 502.2: 'Where the parcel involved has been developed <br /> under such a Use Permit, and is by the terns thereof more restricted <br /> than by the regulations of this Chapter for the same type of building <br /> or use, such restrictions, to the extent that they could have been im- <br /> posed under the provisions of this Chanter governing conditional uses, <br /> variances, or the approval cf site development, shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> 82 <br />
